Well, since I know this will be my next device, I will be kicking it back and patiently wait for it...

In the mean time, I will try to learn what I can of Android and Sense UI to not look as a complete rookie when I get my Motorola Xoom!

I'm also hoping it comes out on AT&T , but at the same time, so far AT&T has a bad record with Android phones.  The Backflip was pretty much crippled with bloatware and the inability to purchase apps from third parties (non-android marketplace).  Rumor has it they're doing the same thing to the Dell Aero.  I would hate to see tham do that to the Xoom.
It's my understanding that Motorola wants to put out the Xoom on all 4 major carriers in the US.  I think if they did that, AT&T would be less apt to add a bunch of crapware to the phone.  Just my opinion.

I'm going to hope my current phone doesn't completely die before it comes out because if it does, I'll have to buy something, Xoom or no.

That happened to me two days ago.  I was gonna have to buy a piece of crap phone until the galaxy tab came out but my dad had an old krzr (that looked like new compared to mine lol) and one that still worked on my company so I'm using that now.

Unfortunately, I can't do that; I use my phone more for data than phone purposes. It's where I do my recreational reading, check my email, play games, check facts online, etc. A cheap phone might get me through the calling people part of it, but that's the smallest role my phone plays in my life. Feh, I sound like I'm talking about a relationship. Wink Wink

Read reviews and user feedback, get as much information as possible before the big day... Motorola says it will be globally released this 19th but theres no solid list on which countries. Also Philippines is not always a part of "Global Release" events... so... (sigh)

I guess some of you will use de G-Tab as your phone.
You think this would be usefull?? isn't it too big to use it all the time as a phone??
that's one of my doubts...
Until I get my G-Tab... I will need to same money. jaja.
and I will ry to learn as much as I can. There are a lot of things that I'm not still sure if I will be able to do with the Xoom.
